If you are baker like me, than Easter is a great excuse to bake. There are of course the treats that are baked every year, but I also look forward to baking something new or discovering a new recipe. Picking what to bake if we are looking for something new can be trickey, but I usually think about one thing: what will give my family the most joy and delight. This has changed as my children have grown and circumstances and changed year to year. So I don’t overdo it, I do what is achievable.

So here are a few ideas of what to bring to the table this year that might work for you and your guests this Easter.
